- Gain access to the restricted collection of books in the Wydmoor university library
- Gain access to other local private collections of books/knowledge

Established
- Copies of the Wydmoor library catalogue of books. Exchange with other Circus Librorum branches/headquarters
- Copy books which fall under the mission statement and are not wide spread. Currently limited to _
- Maintain regular correspondence with other branches and the university of Hakan
- Help obtain copies of books requested by the University of Wydmoor from other branches
Aspirational
- fund research by university of wydmoor faculty into core mission statement areas
