A shapeshifting not-human the Bounty Hunters encountered on the trail of Eurasmus. When the party first met them, they were taking the form of a halfling ranger bounty hunter Wan-Wu had killed and buried in a shallow grave in the woods. They have high enough station within the Neo-Alexandrians to be able to call in teleported reinforcements at their discretion.
