Level 6

Bard 1

• Bardic Inspiration
• Skill
• Instrument Prof
• Spellcasting
  • Cantrips x2: Thunderclap, Blade Ward
  • 1st x4: Animal Friendship, Faerie Fire, Heroism, Longstrider

Level 7

Bard 2

• Jack of All Trades
• Song of Rest
• Learn 1 spell, swap one spell (max 2nd level) (Animal Messenger, Calm Emotions, Enhance Ability)

Level 8

Bard 3: College of Swords

• Expertise
• Learn 1 spell, swap one spell (max 3rd level)
• Fighting Style: Dueling
• Blade Flourish

Level 9/10

• Paladin: Aura of Protection
• Bard for ability score/feat

• 10th lvl, 4th lvl spells (find greater steed)

Lots of bard cut in options, want to stack up 8 levels of pally and 3 to 4 of bard all told.

Go all in on tank defensiveness things

• Heavy Armor Master - +str and DR3
• Resiliant - +abi and saving throw prof
