Stormchalice

A massive lake in the central mainland, taking its name from the frequent and powerful thunderstorms that are often trapped over the lake by the tallest part of Kathresian Range. It is bordered on the north by Ubrekt, on the south by Celstia, and Fresia on the east.

Cities along the Stormchalice or the canals

• Cities of the North Canal - many Halfling settlements line the canals and their barges and ferries provide quick transportation for a price some have also become local trade centers. Few Halflings venture into the inner lake cities.

  • Kathrasia is the western-most city on the Stormchalice and the western crossing point for much over-land trade over the Kathresian Range into Odessa.

  • Chalice - the southern-most city of the Stormchalice. probably next to a huge waterfall or some other geological barrier
