A higher-up of a Blood Cult the Bounty Hunters have been interacting with, active in the Wydmoor environs. Not much about this entity is known to that group, only the name, and that the Mosite reference is probably two the head of Alexandria Avatar's personal guard of antipaladins. Presumably, this makes Drakaar an antipaladin as well.
