Thoq Riqtello

Thoq Riqtello was a dwarf who reigned as Arch-Warden from 547-622 FI. Recorded in history as Riqtello the Wise, he was elevated to Arch-Warden following the death of Abbled Barbannan and within the first 2 years of his rule he negotiated the treaty to end Barbannan's Crusade.
