Notes

• The party does not wait long before hearing a rattling from the window as someone tries to open it from the outside. Several more windows are tried unsuccessfully before something invisible breaks through one and starts leaving boot prints through the flour on the floor.
• 3 more windows break all around the building and more boot prints appear.
• Like an evil Santa, Walkott comes down the chimney
• The fight ensues
• Walkott avoids some attacks but a couple of large criticals and a few rounds later he and his quasits are dead. Yannie survives with only minor injuries and a bad scare and a only a very slightly trashed establishment.
• They help clean up and identify and redistribute magic gear.
• The group informs Mal of what happened and are told of a halfling who can take care of bodies with no questions and complete discretion.
• They follow his advice and pay 50gp to make sure nothing of the body survives besides the thrall mark which is cut off his forehead and saved for some reason.
• They retire to their hut for a long rest.
