Team Alfa Sixty-Third Session: Difference between revisions

The view is tremendous -- you can see the Caldera Lake valley and Monstertown quickly being bathed in the last light of the setting sun. On the Eastern face of the mountain, you see nothing but blackness -- The Scar, the wasteland of Gildenhome. No fires burn, no lights, no settlements, nor any water to reflect the stars above... not that you can see them. Over the course of the day, a thick cover of clouds began to fill the sky. Once or twice as you march, through teh cloud cover, you get the sense of some colossal beast's shadow against the clouds below it. Its apperance fills you with a sense of dread.

It is early evening by the time you reach the waypoint. What appears to be the ruins of an anceint and long forgotten Dwarven stronghold.
