+The hobgoblin commander tries to stress the safety of the wall in the current location and says monstertown can't survive without walls. He wants to hear the whole plan out before voting, but the Goblin stage manager heads that off and clarifies the focus of this meeting on the evacuation question. The hobgoblin commander amends the final vote to say that if the plan for where they are going isn't approved then they won't leave.
