- level 4: feat - CHA +2
- level 5: bardic inspiration die to d8, bardic inspiration die refreshes on short rest
- level 6: countercharm, subclass features Unfailing Inspiration(if roll fails, ally keeps the Bardic Inspiration die), Universal Speech (tongues-like ability)
Tactics
smooth talking skill monkey. supernatural ability to talk his way out of trouble most of the time but probably stupid and desperate enough to get back in trouble frequently. try to stay back in battle and buff allies or use Unsettling Words to help land save or suck spells
