Southwatch was build on the far southern edges of the [[Fresia|Fresian]] border with [[the Ulan]] alongside the [[Greenhusk River]]. It serves as both a trading outpost for rare goods from the Ulani tribes and nomads as well a fortress and watch tower to provide warning to downriver Fresian communities against any large raiding hordes. | |||
