Southwatch was build on the far southern edges of the Fresian border with the Ulan alongside the Greenhusk River. It serves as both a trading outpost for rare goods from the Ulani tribes and nomads as well a fortress and watch tower to provide warning to downriver Fresian communities against any large raiding hordes.
