Mother Lorinda

A hag who rules the portion of the Faewild (known as Tepest) roamed by the Bounty Hunters, whom they sought to renegotiate a deal she made with Anise. She has only been seen by that party in the form of a a sweet, elderly woman. Other fae in the area have been driven underground by her presence.

She has taken the town of Viktal under her protection, giving them good harvests and keeping away other denizens in exchange for their organization and enactment of a Tithe, where a villager is sacrificed to her once per season. She tried the same with Kellee nearby, but they evidently refused and "fell into ruin".

The villagers sacrificed at the Tithe are given to creatures she calls Laoirse, stiched-together monstrosities she regards maternalistically. They seem to expire shortly after the feeding.
