Within the last decade, a portion of the Great Glacier collapsed, from which arose a powerful and destructive force that laid waste to the Giant Jarldoms of the Antarctic. Many tribes of stone-working Giant-kin fled from their former homes and into the hills bordering the Omatachi Village region. While they maintain their own settlements and lands, Goliaths frequent the village several times each season and enjoy a good relationship with the traders and crafters of the village.
