One of the oldest cities on the Mainland. According to myth and legend, it was one of the earliest fortresses built by the Goodly Races after the War of the Eight built to wage the Cleansing Wars. It quickly developed into a thriving military, commercial, and cultural center. The City-State would eventually grow to become the heart of the Ubrekti Empire and, after that state's total collapse, a pacifist theocracy that acted as an Elysium for the developing principates of the Mainland.
