Notes

Through tne next door the party sees a zombie, but when Wolf moves in to attack it more foul creatures move to attack him.

The party moves back and forth to the doorway to dish out damage and a flaming sphere next to Wolf helps him hold the line, and also burns a bit causing Wolf to lose his protection from evil. The zombie and the shadow go down in flames and Thola moves the sphere behind the strange pale monster. Cinder moves up to form a shield wall with Wolf and they hold for a round. The following around the creatures focuses on Cinder and fells him in such a way that he cannot be healed.

The party calms Bob enough to attempt to tend to Cinder. Then, drained, they rest for the night and level to 4th level. In the morning they move outside and perform a funeral for Cinder.
