Functionally it is a buckler (+1 AC, does not prevent use of shield hand). Any ranged attacks OR RANGED SPELL ATTACKS passing within 5' (adjacent box) of it are rerouted to the wielder. Recovered from the Tomb of the Barbarian King near Wydmoor Free City, this shield is clearly of ancient and primitive make, although of superb quality for its origins. Is is made of darkwood with a thin covering of bronze, in the center of which is the figure of a bull's head. It attaches to the arm with a pair leather straps with bronze buckles.
Functionally it is a buckler (+1 AC, does not prevent use of shield hand). Any ranged attacks OR RANGED SPELL ATTACKS passing within 5' (adjacent box) of it are rerouted to the wielder. [Ed: If I've accidentally rolled the dice on the original target, the same roll will be used not a reroll)
