The University of Flannary was established after Alexandria's Crusade in 3 BI a few years before the official inception of the church, with the stated purpose to spread learning, train clerics, and rebuild civilization. It would be so successful in this mission that, within a decade, a second university in Fresia would be established for the same purpose.
