Tactics
- Try to stay at range and firebolt and use bonus action for more fire damage from wildfire spirit. When approached in melee either attack with staff and punch or use ki or wild shape to flee. Try to steal the last hit on weakened enemies to keep temp HP. Would be pretty useless against fire resistant stuff until Elemental Adept(fire) and probably behind the curve on damage in general without homebrewing some sort of spell like a fire version of shadow blade that could be used as regular attacks to still get the monk extra attack and bonus action martial arts attack. Would be able to heal/buff others but would be slow to get higher level spells and slots. I'm not really excited about the druid spell list in general.
Alternate Builds
- change to Grave, Light, Arcane, or Knowledge Domain Cleric instead. Probably increase INT if one of the latter 2.
- change ability scores and feat to Fey Touched for hex or hunter's mark and misty step
Level Advancement Plans
- Mixed option: Monk X/Druid 6. Druid to 4 at least then possibly going back and forth between the 2 classes to aim for something like Monk 7/Druid 6 at level 13 to get level 3 spell slots (including fireball) with Wildfire Enhanced Bond for extra fire damage and healing while still getting extra attack, stunning strike, evasion, etc. Probably not able to get more than 2 ASI/feats
- Melee-focused option: Monk X/Druid 2, just stick to being monk with only the slight druid splash. Wild shape pretty much exclusively for emergency and out of combat uses. More Ki and monk abilities but few spell slots.
- Feats to consider: WIS ASI, Elemental Adept(fire) if going for the more druid levels option, Lucky, Mobile, DEX ASI,
