Sparrow Rindherder

Sparrow Rindherder, known as "Ma Sparrow", was a Road Halfling matriarch of some local eminence. A few years back, her family trade caravan was forcefully disbanded and its members scattered to the winds, a consequence of a raid by the local constabulary on the charge of drug smuggling. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
