Once the prosperous capital of Alexia, Nia-Agliare is located on high cliffs overlooking the Bay of Shallows, and it is connected to the wider Chrysanthemum Gulf through the deepwater ports of Whitemist Harbor on Archer Sound. Center of activity of some sort of cult.
