An arid village in the foothills in the borderlands of Hakan. It is near San Citlán. It is the base of operations of the popular local outlaw hero La Paloma who leads a revolutionary struggle against the wealthy land barons of San Citlan who economically oppress the locals of the region

What also makes this region unusual is how in rare cases the dead do not pass on but remain as undead here and especially in San Citlán

Here the local tavern is operated by one such of these self aware and non hostile undead. Unlike zombies or ghouls as they are known this bartender seems to think and act as they did in life, seeking to cause no harm to any.

This strange phenomenon seems to be a byproduct of the regional observance the Night of the Remembered
