In the Eastern Alexandrian faith, a Hadriarch is the cleric with administrative responsibility over a large area, usually a major city and the surrounding countryside.
In the Western Alexandrian faith, Hadriarch is the title for the supreme religious authority in an area. Geographically, this can range in size from the very small (Dutchy of Wydmoor) to the very large (The Odessan Empire).
