A very long and very complicated Treaty responsible for the end of the Gnomish Civil War, the Hakan-Gildenhome War, and the Schism War.
Easily the most important document of the last Century, and possibly the most important document since the advent of the Alexandrian Faith, the Accords set down a highly legalistic framework for general religious toleration (of non-Protester faiths), the sacrosanct status of Couriers "in delivery," and a laundry list of small economic and political details.
