Manifest Episcopacies are hierarchical divisions created by special dispensation of the Arch-Warden.
Leaders of Manifest Episcopacies all sit on the Stand and have the title of "Warden." Rather than being tied to geography, the manifest episcopacies are tied to specific tasks, oaths, or ideals. Compared to the regional episcopacies they are highly decentralized. They exist in parallel to, but outside the main structure of, the system of regional episcopacies.
