"Batshit" Bashir

A tattooed hermit who lives in the Near Ulan. He earns his nickname from the cave full of dire bats he lives in (if you are fond of him), or else because of the constant patina of bat guano he seems to always be covered in (if you don't).

He is known to be able to create explosive mines as well as single-use, short-range (fire and bludgeon) cone weapons.
