Level Plans
- Level 4: Wizard 3 - +2 spells, level 2 spell slots
- Level 5: Wizard 4 - +2 spells, Feat: Elven accuracy
- Level 6+: aim for Mystic 4 or 5 / Wizard X
- +1 mystic talent, +1 (or +2 at Mystic 5) discipline. Mystic 5 would also allow for 5 psi point abilities.

Tactics
- Mobile and high AC. Can be effective with rapier (with extra cantrip damage) for melee or can use longbow or mystic talents for ranged attacks. Spells mostly for control and to gain advantage more often (triple advantage with elven accuracy feat). Mystic powers for extra HP and buffing.
