The 3rd [[Arch-Warden]], Teldar Stoneweld, was the first [[Dwarf]] Arch-Warden. Stoneweld started out on the opposing side of the [[Prophets' War]] as a cleric of the [[Demi-Pantheon]] before converting to [[Alexandria]]'s cause. He was preceded by [[Mythrian Arabelle]] and was elevated to Arch-Warden in 47 FI mostly as a compromise candidate so that the position would stop being held by Alexandria's inner circle, though he only held the position for 2 years and was followed by another member of the [[First Stand]], [[Marrwyn Teldandilion]] in 49 FI. | |||
Stoneweld was a scholar and philosopher who wrote the [[Commentaries of Teldar Stoneweld]], seen as a primary thread of unity between the pre-Alexandrian [[Commentaries]] and their revelation in the [[Testimonials]], as well as [[Teldar's Capitulation]], one of the Mainland's central philosophical texts made up of set of letters written in the final year of the Prophets' War between Stoneweld and his foes at the time, [[Mythrian Arabelle]] and [[Steros Merroand]] which eventually helped lead to the end of the conflict and most Dwarves converting to Alexandria's cause. |
