The wizard-led merchant and military forces of Petera. They are also the only source of gun powder on the continent and they fiercely protect its trade and the secrets of its manufacture. The cannons and magic they provide are the basis of Peteran Navy superiority. They have trade networks and depots in most ports and trade cities.
