Level 5: Wizard 3 - +2 spells, level 2 spell slots
Level 6: Wizard 4 - +2 spells, Feat: Elven accuracy
Level 9: Probably Arcane Trickster or Mastermind Rogue 3/Wizard 7
Feats (in most likely order): Elven accuracy (+1 DEX and tri-vantage) or Resilient (CON), INT ASIs
Spells to consider:
- Level 1: Fog Cloud, Protection from good and evil, silent image, snare
- Level 2: Misty Step, Phantasmal Force, Suggestion

Mobile and high AC. Can be effective with rapier (with extra cantrip damage) for melee or can use longbow for ranged attacks. Spells mostly for control and to gain advantage more often (triple advantage with elven accuracy feat).
