A prominent church leader during the [[Troubles]], most famous for his decision to stop the [[Green Plague]] by creating a No Man's Land on the border with [[Fresia]], executed by burning any inhabited crossing points and then manning them with soldiers ordered to kill any would-be crossers on sight. His actions are widely believed to be the deciding factor in Flanneri's successful repulsion of the Plague.
