Hadriarch Ceda

A prominent church leader during the Troubles, most famous for his decision to stop the Green Plague by creating a No Man's Land on the border with Fresia, executed by burning any inhabited crossing points and then manning them with soldiers ordered to kill any would-be crossers on sight. His actions are widely believed to be the deciding factor in Flanneri's successful repulsion of the Plague.
